·(a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) are in Mr Ridley's brief. You have submitted to Mr Donald on (g) and you have a note from Mr Friar on (h).

3.

The Chinese Visa Office and the export of nuclear fuels through Hong Kong are current topics but I do not think you need discuss them with the Governor.
