MEETING WITH THE URBAN COUNCIL AND PRESS CONFERENCE

Points likely to arise are covered in Brief No 19.

The Press Conference will be open to the international and

local Press. Both the Urban Council and Press will be

interested in topics which will have already been discussed

with UMELCO, but it will not of course be possible to

take the former groups as fully into the LPS's confidence.
