SECRETARY OF STATE'S VISITS AND VISITORS IN 1982

1. The Private Secretary's attached minute of 18 November gave the Secretary of State's decisions on visits and visitors for next year.

2. It is now up to Geographical Departments to pursue each agreed event with the Private Secretary or PCD as appropriate. The same applies to the Prime Minister's programme, in accordance with the Private Secretary's attached letter of 24 November to Number Ten.
