We have checked your record of 1980 Parliamentar visitors off against ours, as you requested in yourGA letter to Patrick of 4 February, and we have only one small addition to make: Mr Barney Hayhoe's dates in Hong Kong were 25 September to 10 October, and the reason for his going was to discuss the Defence Costs Agreement.
2. You will rejoice to hear, however, that you have five honourable lembers and one noble Lord listed that we did not have on file!
