GARRISON
6.
Garrison currently consists of 4 infantry battalions
1st Battalion Queen's Own Highlanders, 1st Battalion 6th Queen
Elizabeth's Own Gurkha Rifles, 1st Battalion 7th Duke of
Edinburgh's Own Gurkha Rifles and ist Battalion, 10th Princess
Mary's Own Gurkha Rifles, Gurkha Engineers, 5 RN patrol craft,
a squadron of RAF Wessex helicopters and a squadron of Army
Scout helicopters, plus other smaller support units. Secretary
of State will meet senior officers in Gurkha Field Force and
1st Battallion Queen's Own Highlanders.
