SECRETARY OF STATE'S VISIT TO HONG KONG
1.
NOTED
Awall
Bu 2 weeks, f22.4
We are now starting to consider the briefing that will be required for this visit and I should be most grateful if you would let me have a list of those the Secretary of State is likely to meet so that personality notes can be prepared.
2. It would also be most helpful if you would let me have a list of the topics you expect to be raised during the visit. At this time we think the topics are likely to be the same as in the briefs for the September visit, less the DCA, but of course a lot can happen in two months, parti- cularly in Hong Kong.
