We spoke about Sir Phillip Haddon Cave's visit to the UK this summer Our Minister Mr Baker, learned of this during his recent visit to Hong Kong and he has said that we would like to meet Sir Pillip or have lunch with him while he is here. Mr Baker's office have asked me to co-ordinate the arrangements in due course with the FCO. I would be grateful therefore if you would keep me in touch with Sir Phillip's plans.
