The first meeting of the Oil Support Advisory Committee was held on 15 July. The second meeting is scheduled for late August.

Co-ordination of the imple- mentation of those recommen- dations accepted by ExCo, continued. Nine progress reports on implementations have been made to ExCo, completing the second round of the 6-monthly reports.

To follow up on action agreed at the first meeting (e.g. a study on technical man- power needs) and to monitor progress of the second PASCO study now being undertaken.

To continue to k.i.v. implementation of accepted recommen- dations.
