Drafting instructions for these Bills are now under preparation.

(4) The Working Group on Registration and

Electoral Procedures meets regularly to consider and take decisions on all matters concerning the future elections (the first of which will be held for the District Boards in the New Territories in Margh 1982). The Working Group's decisions are implemented by the District Administration Section in Administration Branch which is responsible for making the arrangements for the elections.
