project is now taking place, and the target date for completion is April 1982.
Members of the Energy Policy Committee have been appointed. The first item to be considered by the Committee is the future of the Owensbord Enterprises Limited. Discussion papers are being prepared.
(i) Owensbord Enterprises Ltd. has purchased
over 190 000 tons of fuel oil, held on board two tankers, the "Straits Dahlia" and the "Seabreeze", which are moored in the west of the Ninepins. A purchase agreement between Owensbord and the power companies is being finalised.
