6 sites were disposed of totalling 31395 m2 in all; of these 5 were residential sites and one was industrial/godown. By district, 3 sites were located in Sha Tin, one in Sai Kung and 2 in Islands.

7 lots were disposed of totalling 31044 m in all. These comprised 4 non-industrial sites, 2 industrial sites and 1 commercial/ residential site. By district, 5 were located in Sha Tin, 1 in Tai Po and 1 in Tuen Mun.
Cash Tender

One site of 53030 m in Tuen Mun for private sector participation scheme was disposed of by cash tender.

5 lots totalling 20776 m' are to be offered for sale. Of these, 3 sites are residential and 2 industrial. By district, 4 are located in Sha Tin and 1 in Islands.
2. Letter A/B Tender
6 lots are to be offered totalling 18076 m2 in all. Of these 2 are residential sites, 2 are industrial sites, 1 is for commercial/resi- dential and the remaining site is designated for M/S car park. By district, 4 sites are located in Sha Tin, 1 in Tai Po and 1 in Yuen Long.
3. Cash Tender
4 sites totalling 18.5587 hectares in all are scheduled to be disposed of by cash tender. Of these 2 sites are used for NDQ Joint Venture, 1 for a hospital and 1 for a fishpond. By district, 3 sites are located in Sha Tin and 1 site is in Islands.
