Further to your reply to my supplementary question in the House on Wednesday 21 January, I enclose a copy of the documents to which I referred.

I would be grateful if you would now consider my request that you instruct the Hong Kong Government to stop keeping secret files on such organisations and attempt to infiltrate them. I personally have seen some of the excellent work done by some of the organisations listed and can vouch for the fact that, in general, they contribute a valuable service to the community in Hong Kong.
