Lord Trefgame has agreed to write on matters that are the concern of the FCO.
2. I have identified the specific questions raised by various Peers, and attach the relevant extracts from Hansard (Vol 425 No 3 of 10 November or No 4 of 11 November), please see sidelined passages.
3. I should be grateful if draft letters could be prepared for Lord Trefgarne's signature by Wednesday next, 18 November.
