I enclose a copy of a further letter which the Prime Minister has received from the Chairman of the Yau Ma Tea City District Tsim Sha Tsui Area Committee. Michael Alexander wrote to Mr. Yu based on your draft on 23 June.

I should be grateful if you could provide a suitable draft reply which I might send to Mr. Yu and if this could be with me by Wednesday 19 August.
