SECURITY EQUIPMENT INSPECTION: HONG KONG AND GENERAL DEPARTMENT

1.

I carried out a security equipment inspection of Hong Kong and General

Department on 26 January.

I called on Mr Friar, the Departmental Security Officer (DSO), who keeps his records in good order.

2.

All spare keys were clearly labelled and accounted for and kept in the DSO's combination cupboard.

3.

The records of combination settings were contained in separate envelopes in wafer sealed envelopes, kept in the DSO's combination cupboard.
