Under cover of his letter of 12 May 1981, Philip Morrice forwarded a revised Self Inspection Questionnaire incorporating the various comments which had been received from territories.

2. The revision did not include suggestions from Belize which have recently been brought to my attention. I therefore now enclose various additional questions for inclusion in the questionnaire.
