Section 10C(1) of the principal Ordinance is

amended

(a) by deleting the full stop at the end of

paragraph (c) and substituting a semicolon;

and

(b) by inserting after paragraph (c) the following

"(a) detain any person found in any

premises or place which he is

empowered by this Ordinance to

search until such premises or

place have or has been searched.".
