Amend the Independent Commission Against Corruption

Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Independent

Commission Against Corruption (Amendment) Ordinance 1980.

Amendment of section 10. (Cap. 204.)

Section 10 of the principal Ordinance is

(a)

in subsection (1) by inserting after "Ordinance"

in the third place where it occurs the following

"or, being a Crown servant, is guilty

of an offence of blackmail committed

by or through the misuse of office";

and

:

(b) in subsection (5)

(i) by inserting after paragraph (a) the

following

(Cap. 210.)

(aa) the offence of theft under section

9 of the Theft Ordinance; ";
