2. The point about possible registration of claims for losses arising out of the Cultural Revolution is new to me and to Mr Underwood and Mr Fowler of Claims Dept. We have discussed this and we thought that it might be useful for myself, your two selves and Mr Underwood to get together to sort out an agreed FCO view on this before we go beack to Hong Kong.
