PANAMA GRADING OF POST

With reference to your minute of 10 April, MVD have no objection to Panama's conversion to a small mission and have no comments on the draft submission.

2. However, we are copying the papers to Hong Kong and General Department since the post will presumably cease issuing all visas. › In 1979 the post issued 118 visas for Hong Kong, 98 of which were to Panamanians.
