I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your Note No. TNN 3104/1 of to-day's date in which you were good enough to inform me that in order to facilitate travel between the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and British oversea dependent territories, the Government of the United Kingdom are prepared to conclude an agreement with the Netherlands Government in the following terms:-

On instructions from my Government I have the honour to confirm their agreement to the provisions set out in your letter which with the present reply shall be regarded as placing on record the agreement reached between the two Governments.
