be allowed to land. All passengers with visas are subject to normal immigration examination. It is quite usual for relevant documents to be produced during immigration examination and there does not appear to be any indication in the information given in Mr Irving's letter that we were unreasonable in our examination, especially when our current problems with transit passengers are taken into account.
