Amend the Immigration Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

Short title.

Amendment of section 3. (Cap. 115.)

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Immigration

(Amendment) Ordinance 1980.

2. Section 3(3)(b) of the principal Ordinance is

amended by deleting "30 yards" and substituting the

following

Amendment of section 29.

3. Section 29 of the principal Ordinance is

amended

(a) in subsection (1), by deleting Governor":

and substituting the following

"Secretary for Security";

(b) in subsection (2), by deleting "Governor"

wherever it occurs and substituting in

each case the following

Secretary for Security"; and
