IMMIGRATION (AMENDMENT) (NO 2)

REGULATIONS 1980

At the meeting on 1st April 1980, Members considered memorandum XCC(80)38 and decided that the Immigration (Amendment) (No 2) Regulations 1980 should be approved in principle, to be resubmitted to Members after the Immigration (Amendment) Bill 1980 passed into law.

The Immigration (Amendment) Bill 1980 passed into law on 2nd May 1980.

Members will be asked to advise whether the Immigration (Amendment) (No 2) Regulations 1980 should be made.
