An Ordinance to amend the Urban Council Ordinance.

[2 May 1980]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Urban Council (Amendment) Short title. Ordinance 1980.

2. Section 52A(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a)

by deleting "emblem" wherever it occurs and substituting the following-

"armorial bearings"; and

Amendment of section 52A. (Cap. 101.)

(b) in paragraph (a), by deleting "is" and substituting the following-

"are".

3. The principal Ordinance is amended by deleting the Fourth Replacement Schedule and substituting the following-

of Fourth Schedule.
