An Ordinance to amend the Oaths and Declarations Ordinance.
[2 May 1980]
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Oaths and Declarations Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance 1980.
2. Section 22(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of "the same office" and substituting the following-
section 22. (Cap. 11.)
"a judicial office specified in the Third Schedule".
3. The Second Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment of deleting Part II and substituting the following-
Second
Schedule.
"PART II
Judicial Oath
[ss. 16, 17.]

I,
swear that I will well and truly serve Our Sovereign Lady Queen Elizabeth the Second in the office of
and in any other judicial office specified in the Third Schedule to the Oaths and Declarations Ordinance to which I may be appointed, and
I will do right to all manner of people after the laws and usages of this Colony, without fear or favour, affection or ill will. So help me God.

4. The Third Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment of
inserting below "Adjudicator, Small Claims Tribunal" the following-- Third
"President, Lands Tribunal
