This letter is to confirm our continued interest in the High Status Telephone Answering Service and we are hopeful that the company will be formed as soon as possible subject to our final decision following the feasibility study. In the event that we go ahead, it is agreed during our discussion that it is our intention to appoint you as General Manager of the company and you will receive a salary of HK$10,000. a month together with equity in the organisation. The amount of the equity has yet to be finalised. In the interim, it is understood that you would continue with the feasibility study which will be financed by us and we look forward to receiving your report in due

course.
