1. We have just received your November Sitrep on immigration from China. It would be useful to us if, in future, the paragraph dealing with illegals repatriated could be divided into those caught on entry and those caught 'in town'.

2.

I realise that, following implementation of Champion, it will be very much more difficult to calculate the evasion ratio, but nonetheless we would be very interested to know what you estimate it to have been in November.
