Dear Sir,

I was ordered to leave Hong Kong on 11th November 1980 by Immigration Dept. which I was interviewed on 28th October 1980.

Base on the following grounds, I claim to stay in Hong Kong.

(1) I am a legal immigrant from China that has been permitted to enter Hong Kong by Immigration Dept. on be 20th May 1980 (holder of The People's Republic of China Permeit No.1023296.)

(2) No matter how, I am a people of The People's Republic of China (last nationelity, holder of The People's Republic of China

under above mentioned in (1) and even though the illegal immigrant of China who entered Hong Kong before 26th October 1980 that was accepted to stay in Hong Kong by Hong Kong Government. And I am the legal immigrant from China as well as has already entered Hong Kong before 26th October 1980, Therefore I claim the of right to stay in Hong Kong.
