One case that I earnestly hope will be immediately attended to is that of

a young man who spent two months traveling from China's northernmost province of Heilungkiang, reached Hongkong on December 8 this year and went to the U.S. Consulate General there four days later to seek political asylum but was rejected and handed over to the police for possible repatriation to the mainland.
