Citation.

Amendment of regulation

Made by the Governor in Council under section 7

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Registration of Persons (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1980.

2. Regulation 11 (2A) of the principal regulations

is amended by inserting after "offence" the following

sub. leg.

"and is liable to a fine of $3,000 and to imprisonment for 1 year".
