The Soldiers Outwit the Snake Boat and Capture It
Early in the morning on 15th June, the moon was not clearly visible and the weather was unusually hot. The soldiers patrolling the waters of Xiasha Brigade, Chengtuo Jiao, Dapeng Wan (Mirs Bay), however, were high-spirited and were watching alertly at every movement in the Chinese waters. They were driving a public security boat which sometimes glided over the waters at a high speed and sometimes stealthily hid itself in the dark bay. At that very moment, the soldiers who had been hiding in the bay, seeing that their "game" had been trapped, at once ordered, the other party to stop for inspection. But the male who was pushing the boat in the water would pay no heed. He scrambled back into the boat at once, and stepped on the accelerator attempting to move away at a high speed. soldiers on the patrol boat seeing that the speed boat would not heed warning, at once fired at it. A spate of gun shots hit and damaged the helm. A male who was injured took advantage of the pitch dark situation and
