1. I asked Mr Alan Mason on the telephone this morning about last wodk ́s rise in IIS He said that they were pretty sure that it resulted from forecasts of an imminent typhoon. The IIs were inclined to take advantage of bad weather conditions when they expected that the authorities' attention would be diverted.
