Illegal Immigration from China

1. Sir S Y Chung said that he reluctantly accepted that there would shortly be no alternative to the introduction of the contingency measures for dealing with illegals who had reached base. He thought it inevitable that there would be an increase in corruption, blackmail, etc, but the pressures of recession and possible unemployment really left no choice.
