face. As you will realise, however, there are no prospects

of success for retaining the title CUKC.

3. The unitary form of citizenship, and so the title that

goes with it, though appropriate when the Act came into force

became inappropriate when the UK could no longer accept the

obligation to admit for settlement in the UK all possessors

of that title. The consequential immigration legislation
