ILA

Thank you for your letter of 12 February, reference (44) in SCR 39/2091/72.

2.

Since we are concerned here largely with technical matters, we passed text of your letter to Nationality and Treaty Department - and I attach a copy of their minute commenting on the points you made. This seems to us to be generally all right, though obviously there will be some further technical points to sort out in the final stages.

3. You will note Nationality and Treaty Department have confirmed that the White Paper will not be presented during this Session.
