THE UNDESIRABLE MEDICAL ADVERTI SEM ENT'S
(AMENIMENT) ORDINANCE 1980
(No. 70 of 1980)
The object of this ordinance is to suppress the printing and publication of advertisements, other than those published by or with the authority of the Director of Medical and Health services, offering to procure the miscarriage of vomen or canvassing, inviting or inducing such procuration or referring to any thing in terms which are calculated to lead to the use of that thing for any such procuration.
2. Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
