OFFENSIVE TRADES (NEW TERRITORIES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1980

Made by the Governor in Council under section 49

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Offensive

Trades (New Territories) (Amendment) Regulations 1980 and

shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the

Governor by notice in the Gazette.

2.

Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is

amended by deleting the definition of "offensive trades

area"

7 and 8 of the principal regulations
