CIVIC CENTRES (NEW TERRITORIES) REGULATIONS 1980

Made by the Governor in Council under section 1050

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Civic

Centres (New Territories) Regulations 1980.

2. These regulations apply to the New Territories

Interpretation.

3. In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires

"Director" means the Director of Urban Services;

"manager" means any person appointed by the Director

to manage or assist in the management of a

civic centre;

"member of the staff" means any person appointed by

the Director to assist a manager.

Management.

4. Subject to the directions of the Director,

a manager shall administer a civic centre.
