An Ordinance to amend the Summary Offences Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Summary Offences (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1980.
2. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting paragraph (18).
3.
Section 19 of the Corrupt and Illegal Practices Ordinance is amended by deleting subsection (4).

Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant Short title and (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance 1980.

Section 50 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) by deleting subsection (5); and
(b) in subsection (6)—–—

(i) in paragraph (h) by deleting the semicolon and substituting
a full stop; and
(ii) by deleting paragraphs (i), (j) and (k).
Amendment of

Section 52(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting Amendment of "the 15th December 1973" and substituting the following-
section 52.
"18 December 1979”.
