(c) Comments on the suggested names are obtained from the

Commissioner of Rating and Valuation, the Postmaster General and the Chief Highway Engineers, Hong Kong and Kowloon.

(d) The suggested name is then submitted to the Administration

Select Committee for approval.

(e) The agreed name is then published in the Government Gazette.

(f) When an important area is involved, the Administration Select

Committee decides whether it is necessary to issue a press release explaining why the name was chosen.
