at the end one or two days' discussion on boat refugees and their problems. I understand that Karl Stumpf is proposing to organise and co-ordinate the session from Hong Kong. However I gather that no final decision on this aspect will be taken until the Board (?) has met and considered the matter. It is too early to say yet which voluntary agencies from Hong Kong may be represented. If it goes ahead, Dr. Stumpf will be preparing an agenda for the session on boat refugees and I will try to keep you and Bangkok informed of developments.
