1. I attach a self-explanatory draft telegram to Hong Kong. latest paper which we have on our files on this subject is Hong Kong telegram No.3 of 14 April to Athens. If there is anything more up-to-date, then we should refer to it.

2.

Unless Kong Kong can come up with some suitable Vietnamese volunteers who know about pigs and fruit and vegetable farming, I am inclined, reluctantly, to let the Greek Government off the hook.

3. I should be grateful for your comments, if at all possible by 1700 today.
