Dear Mr. Goddard,

At the meeting on the morning of 21st April, 1980, I promised to ask Hong Kong:-

(a) Who, in the absence of the Selection Team,

will be responsible for the distribution of the booklet on life in Britain?

(b) What use has been made of the film on the Vietnamese Refugees which was sent out to Hong Kong:

This is to let you know that Hong Kong has

advised that:-

(a) In the absence of the Selection Team,

immigration staff in Hong Kong could assist in distributing the booklet; and

(b) Vopies of the film on Vietnamese Refugees

are being made and will be shown to refugees when ready. This will be in advance of the Selection Team.
