4. The November resettlement total was the lowest this year. This was partly because the U.S. was also selecting refugees for a three-month English Language Programme here and fell short of the usual quota of 1,500 for direct resettlement.
Washington, Ottawa, Paris, Bonn and Canberra are requested to
pass saving to Subordinate Posts.
