emblem at any premises, places, vehicle, trancar and

public gatherings may be prohibited.

The only condition necessary for the

prohibition is that if such police officer reasonably

believes that the display is likely to cause or lead

to a breach, of peace.

Under the above situation, a police officer

has the right to enter any premises or places, and stop

and board any vehicles, using such force as necessary.

Wearing of uniform signifying association

with any political organization or with the promotion

of any political object is also prohibited.

Any person who contravenes the above prohibitions shall be quilty and liable to fine and

imprisonment.

This part of the Ordinance deprives

people of their rights to political belief and its

manifestation.
