its work and fulfil its own intention. The general public would,

be threatened by the case's judgement. Worst of all, the charge

of unlawful assembly would be more frequently used and become a tool for the Government to suppress people.

4. CONCLUSION

It implies that

The result of the case is not accidental.

the civil rights like the protection of private property, prevention

of invasion of privacy, and fair judgement before the law etc

are exploited by the Government to maintain its own status and

to secure its own benefits.
