Amend the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

Short title and commence- ment.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Amendment) Ordinance 1980

and shall come into operation on the day appointed for

the commencement of the Employment (Amendment) Ordinance

1980.

Amendment of section 2. (Cap. 59.)

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is

amended

(a) in subsection (3) by deleting "Subject to

subsection (4), none" and substituting the

following

-

"None"; and

(b) by deleting subsection (4).

Amendment of

section 4.

Section 4(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended in paragraph (h) by inserting, after "posting", the following

"up, in such place and manner and for

such period as he may direct,".
