On 22nd May 1979, after considering memorandumXCR (79)111, Members advised and the Governor ordered that a Bill be introduced into the Legislative Council to extend from six months to twelve months the period within which claims might be filed with the Labour Tribunal,

Members requested that a progress report be submitted twelve months after the amendment came into effect, A report has now been prepared by the Presiding Officer, Labour Tribunal, and is attached for information.
