5 Perhaps you could also ask your Accommodation Department whether, if this proved acceptable on policy grounds and if the post were retained after Graeme Wilson's departure, BCARFE could be accommodated in Singapore rather than in Hong Kong. I believe that there is some spare space in that rather grand office building which houses the British High Commission in Singapore.
